Staff Michael A. Cramer, Senior Pastor: Pastor Mike is a gifted communicator and an effective leader. He is an experienced keynote speaker and has a tremendous passion to help people develop the confidence to achieve true success in life. His motivational style embraces a positive faith and emphasizes the powerful truth that “with God all things are possible.” Pastor Mike is the founder of the Power for Living Ministry and the author of the inspirational book, Power Moments. His weekly radio broadcast, Power for Living, communicates a positive Christian message for listeners throughout northern Indiana. Pastor Mike has also written the book, Dynamics of Effective Leadership Development, which he successfully uses in conference ministry. He is married to Cindi, who he calls “the love of his life.” Together they have experienced their greatest joy in ministry by being actively involved in the lives of their four children ages

Michael L. Cramer, Youth Pastor: Michael is an effective youth leader and is deeply committed to helping young people follow Christ. His dynamic communication of Biblical truth and genuine concern for people are big keys to his positive influence with teenagers. Whether he is hanging out at the lunch table with students, teaching a Bible study at the church, or leading an outreach event, his passion for the Lord and love for the Word of God are always contagious to others. Educational Background: Diploma, Word of Life Bible Institute; B.A., Moody Bible Institute. Tammy Bilotta, Music Coordinator: Tammy is a talented musician and vocalist. She plays the keyboard with the New Life praise band and leads the New Life Praise Team singers. She helps the congregation exalt God in worship and prepares the heart for the Word. She provides a tremendous balance of contemporary praise choruses and traditional hymns for a blended worship service. She also directs the seasonal choir for Annual Christmas Pageant. Tammy and her husband Tim have four children ages 11, 9, 4 and 2. Educational Background: B.M.E., Indiana University. Jackie Marshall, Ministry Coordinator: Jackie is the person that “ties up all the loose ends.” Whether it is serving in the role of an administrative assistant or a church receptionist, her job is always done with precision. She brings the strengths of a professional, with a “mindset for ministry.” Jackie and her husband Mark have two children ages 17 and 19. Josh Wood, Ministry Intern: Josh is a man with a passion to serve, and a love for people. Over the course of the next year, Josh will be ministering in many areas to many age groups, along with spending time with our Senior Pastor in order to prepare him for future ministry and life. Educational Background: B.S. Huntington University. Aaron Rohr, Ministry Intern: Aaron is a man with a passion to serve, and a love for people.
